Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your choices, keep things working correctly, and — with your permission — help us understand how the site is used.
We show a cookie consent banner to visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK, detected via your IP address. You can change your preferences at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.
Our three cookie categories
Functional (always on)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work. They cannot be switched off and do not track you for advertising purposes.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
tsh_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie consent choices (functional, analytics, marketing) so we don't ask again on every visit. | 1 year (localStorage) |
Analytics (opt-in)
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they come from. This helps us improve content and discover which practitioners are most sought after.
We do not currently use a third-party analytics tool. When we do, we will list it here and only activate it with your consent.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| None currently | Reserved for future analytics tooling (e.g. Plausible or Fathom, both privacy-first). | — |
Marketing (opt-in)
Marketing cookies allow us to show you content personalised to your interests — for example, surfacing practitioners in your modality or location. No data is sold to third-party advertisers.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| None currently | Reserved for future personalisation features. | — |
Third-party cookies
Our hosting provider Netlify may set server-side session cookies for load balancing and security (these are functional and cannot be disabled). Skool, our community platform, sets its own cookies when you visit skool.com — please refer to Skool's privacy policy for details.
How we detect your region
The cookie consent banner is shown only to visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK. We detect your country using the IP-based geolocation header provided by Netlify's CDN (Cloudflare). Your IP address is not stored by us.
Managing your preferences
You can update your consent choices at any time:
- On this page: click “Reset my cookie preferences” below to clear your saved choices. The consent banner will reappear on your next page load.
- In your browser: you can delete cookies and localStorage data at any time through your browser settings. This will clear all saved preferences.
